Trust Improvement Plan

The ‘Trust Improvement Plan’ (TIP) supports the Trust in working towards and achieving its vision of ensuring that all children are able to thrive through quality learning experiences, ensuring their readiness for the next stage in their learning.

The TIP identifies the key priorities for the Trust over the next two years and aims to provide clear direction for support and improvement.  The TIP priorities are determined by focused areas of shared development across all three of the Trust’s schools.  Each of the schools also work towards their own individual school focused ‘School Improvement Priorities’ (SIPs).
